This policy describes how Bosphorus Intelligence LLC ("Bosphorus Intelligence", "we", "us") handles information when you visit bosphorus.company, use our applications, or contact us.
Website. Our website uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, timestamp) for security and reliability. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
Applications. Our applications are free, require no account, and are designed to process data on your device. We do not collect personal information through them. Optional crash and usage diagnostics reach us only if you have enabled sharing with developers in your device settings, in aggregated, de-identified form. If a future application collects anything further, its App Store listing and an in-product notice will disclose it first.
Email. If you contact us, we receive your address and message and keep the correspondence as long as needed to respond.
We use this limited information to operate and secure our website, respond to you, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for third-party marketing. Data is shared only with the providers that host our website and email, and where the law requires disclosure.
Our services are served over HTTPS and access to our systems is restricted. Server logs rotate on a short cycle; correspondence is deleted when no longer needed.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold. Contact [email protected] and we will respond.
Our website and applications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
